Chaos – A Case for Feng Shui

These days, everywhere we turn there is CHAOS. I do not need to cite examples. More than ever before it is imperative that our homes be places of sanity, peace and harmony. We – our loved ones, our children are in dire need of a “Place of Refuge – away from the maddening crowd.”

Feng Shui is one of the most effective ways to create & ensure a Sacred Space to survive and thrive in. If you have never experienced the calmness of a place with good Feng Shui, there is no better time than now to have a consultation.  It can be a life altering experience.

This Newsletter details the Feng Shui Attributes of

CHYAN GUA (Ch’ien) (Front Right Corner)

Attributes: Benefactors, Helpful People, Travel, Father, Brother, Head.

Activated by the color Gray and the adjacent Gua colors of White and Black.

“Benefactors & Helpful People” might include persons such as teachers, mentors & gurus. Benefactors could even be unknown persons – such as a kind person who stops to help you change a flat tire. Also, supporting organizations, companies, consultants or clients that you want to provide support in various ways to contribute to your needs and success.

Chyan Gua can be energized for beneficial purposes of travel – whether it be for business success or some vacation travel destination you are planning. Help specific to one’s father or brother can be enhanced and health issues related to the head may be helped too.

Here are additional Feng Shui Tips to apply to your Benefactor Area:

  1. GENERAL: To activate this Gua in a general way, one can install a stereo system in that corner. I guess the correct term these days is Entertainment Center. Most if not all electronics are black so that color and ensuing sounds will definitely amp up the energy of this space. A small water feature would not only assist the Benefactor Area but add to the Career Gua as well. Alternately, placing six objects like rocks or crystals will shift the energy here.

  2. TRAVEL: For that vacation destination consider adding a photo or poster as a focal point so you can give it your     attention each time you go by. Furthermore, a copy of the tickets, itinerary or proposed dates might also assist to   add force to your quest. If a cruise, then a ship can be added. Get the idea?
  3. PERSONAL SUPPORT: Placing a particular guru or mentor’s framed photo can draw his or her blessings to you. If you really feel like what you need […]

Feng Shui to Help Your Children

Children today are subject to many adverse energies and situations we never had to cope with. You can help them immensely by making sure the Feng Shui of their bedroom is at its optimum. This simple Feng Shui advice will very often smooth out emotions, improve attitudes and school grades as well.   You will find that children will sleep better, be happier and healthier.

Here Are 10 Important Tips:

  1. Beds should be placed so the child can see the door while lying in bed.
  2. Make sure the head is not located where there are any electronics behind on the other side of the wall. Furthermore, the head should not be on a wall where the toilet or shower are located against.
  3. Move all electronics – computers, clocks, radios, speakers, portable phones and cell phones at least 5 feet from their heads.
  4. Avoid bunk beds especially metal ones. They affect sleep and cause headaches.
  5. For teenagers, both sides of the bed should be at least 1 ½ to 2 feet away from a wall.
  6. TV’s, electronic game stations and computers should be in cabinets behind doors or covered with fabric during the night. No falling asleep with the TV on.
  7. Wireless devices especially Wi-Fi should be turned off at night and when not in use.
  8. Examine the art in the room closely. Only positive and uplifting art and messages should be allowed. Take down all pictures, posters and sayings that have negative content such as posters of war and violence, symbols of death such as skulls, things in motion like airplanes, trains, motorcycles and so on. Scary toys: Monsters, Aliens, Carnivores such as lions, wolves and yes, dinosaurs, birds of prey – hawks and eagles especially if talons are depicted. For the younger set, even cartoon characters that are mischievous by design. All stuffed animals overhead such as bears, lions, tigers, crocodiles etc. should be placed on the floor or put away in the closet, (except the favorite teddy bear that gets taken to bed).
  9. Limit cell phone calls and texting as much as possible. Children under 12 should not use them at all except in emergencies. It has been proven that 15 minutes on the cell scrambles the brain and the ability to do computations for at least two hours. Damage to Brain cell DNA and tumors can occur.Baby-Phone
  10. A few books placed in view just inside your home’s entrance door are subtle reminders to the subconscious, encouraging reading and being studious.

Happy Chinese New Year – Valentine’s Day Feng Shui!

Gung He Fat Choy!

Happy Chinese New Year!

 The Year of the Monkey

It’s Valentine’s Day when our thoughts (and advertisements) remind us of Romance. My Feng Shui guidance for you is in two parts:  Singles Seeking & Couples Re-kindling. I am referring, of course, to the Relationship & Partnership Area. Refer to the diagram below for location.

K’un Gua (Far Right –Rear Corner)

The following Feng Shui Tips are derived from my training and experience. Some tips may appear to be quite logical and common sense while others may not appear to be logical at all. When implementing these, acting on a few of them alone will be of help, however, the tips tend to have a synergistic effect so completing all or most of the tips can have a greater effect.

Feng Shui Tips for “Singles Seeking” a partner

  1. Start by setting your strong intention. You must have a clear picture of what type of person you wish to attract. Writing those qualities and attributes down on paper and reviewing them periodically is very helpful. Warning! You may get what you energize so be careful what you ask for!
  2. Work on yourself physically, mentally and spiritually to be the type of person that would be attractive to your intended mate. Otherwise, he or she may just walk by and not recognize you.
  3. Look at your bedroom from the point of view of the intended partner and see if that person would approve. If not get it in shape.
  4. Remove all clutter including laundry hampers, waste baskets and storage boxes.
  5. Check out the art in your room. Remove and replace anything that does not contribute such as, sad pictures or pictures of someone with their back turned or walking away. Put away teddy bears, collections and the like.
  6. Decorate romantically. Use colored sheets in lieu of all white or black. Various shades in the entire family of red are often used for energizing but strong reds are too much for the bed. In this case, soft pink or lavender work well. Men would feel more comfortable if their bed linens were pastel green or pastel blue.
  7. Add flowers or plants in the far right corner of the bedroom to bring in more life energy. Use plants whose branches grow upward rather than hanging vines. A pink and white orchid in a pink earthen pot is a very good choice. (Guys with problems concerning pink pots can use red or white pots). Plants should not have spikey leaves – no cacti.
  8. Add symbols of relationship. A statue or photo of a couple embracing works well. The famous painting of Gustav Klimpt “The Kiss” or a statue by Rodin also called “The Kiss” are great examples. Otherwise, a pair objects such as two love birds, or two pink quartz hearts may be set on a small table or shelf.
  9. Women planning to redecorate, […]

Remote Feng Shui – Website Launch a Success!

Major intersections can be better seen on this drawing:

Interestingly, intersections of the grid seem to be located near large population centers, the pyramids, the ring of fire, and sacred locations.

Ley Lines

Similarly, other researchers – primarily dowsers – have discovered linear connections between many sacred sites. These energetic lines called Ley Lines are found also to be linked to underground streams and magnetic currents. High energy sites or sacred sites can be found at the crossings of these ley lines. While yet to be proven, it appears sacred sites and the Ley Lines the dowsers have discovered overlay the major grids or are one and the same.

Local Grid lines

Moving from the macro world view to a local view, dowsers have discovered the existence of energy lines that run in North/South, East/West and diagonally as well. The lines are approximately 8 feet apart, have an electromagnetic field and current associated with them.

You can easily imagine how this looks if you picture the lines of Latitude and Longitude on a map but only about 8 feet apart in each direction. Actually the North/South line spacing’s are slightly different than East/West lines which vary in width depending on the Latitude where measurements are taken.

Another convenient image is that of a net stretching along the ground. In fact, Dr. Ibrahim Karim, a noted dowser and Egyptologist, reported that in ancient Egyptian writings there is reference to this net encircling the globe and there were a specific group of priests called “Netters” who were trained in the science and maintenance of the Nets.

I am told that Native Americans have a knowledge of the Nets too – they call them Spider Woman Webs.

In the next issue of the Newsletter, we will learn more detail about the local nets that are so important to our health and harmony.
