What is on Feng Shui Lou’s mind?

Jumping right into 2012, this is going to be a fast paced, tumultuous and most memorable year! Not to worry though. Simply see yourself inside a truly seaworthy ship and safely riding out the storm.

There are many 2012 pundits out there espousing various outcomes of the end of the Mayan calendar December 21st. Lucky you, because now I’m going to provide my take on it too. As always, it is best is not to believe my words but to simply question and check things out yourself. Anyway, in the 70’s, certain spiritual “readings” were given by Cosmic Awareness (the same source as that of Edgar Cayce) through “Trance Interpreters.” There were several readings about the “New Being.” Awareness indicated that this was a personal and planetary spiritual evolvement that would be gaining momentum in the near future. The New Being is one wherein Love and Mercy would be the foremost valued attributes of all beings. This is exactly what I foresee – a movement encompassing Love and Mercy growing over the entire planet. You may have noticed this yourself – an enormous outpouring of loving and caring coming from all kinds of people all over the world. I think that is what 2012 and beyond is all about.

On a more mundane note, I have just created a new curriculum for obtaining a Feng Shui Certification. You may read the details below.

Feng Shui Tip

The Appearance of the house – Continued

Inside Space

Last issue of 2011 treated the Feng Shui of Hallways. In this and following issues we will evaluate various rooms and their respective functions.

The Office and Study Spaces

The desk must be positioned in an optimal location where there is the least amount of Sha (negative) CH’I striking it. That is to say, the desk must not be placed in direct alignment with the entry door otherwise strong CH’I can cause projects and plans to go awry. Depending on the doorway location, the rear left and right corners are best. The person sitting at the desk should have a view of the door. Desks should not be positioned against and facing a neither wall nor have a high bookcase in front either. Furthermore, one should not sit with their back to the door.

The chair should afford ample support with arms and a strong back. Ergonomic chairs may be better for your back than a poorly designed chair, but “wiggly” chair backs do not provide good Feng Shui support thus directly weakening your business posture. Make sure there is adequate space for the chair to move about without banging into walls or other furniture. The chair is better when it is on wheels and moves easily around.

Offices with large windows can lose much useful CH’I and adversely affect your finances and your ability to negotiate deals. If you are situated so that you can see a great view when you look up from your seat, you will easily lose focus and be less efficient.

Location & Shape of Office

For an in home office, if possible, choose a room that is in the front of the house. Office areas (i.e. desk with computer) should not be located in the bedroom.

Square or rectangular room shapes are best. If there are jutting corners, square columns present or off angle walls (less than or greater than 90 degrees) then these need to have Feng Shui cures applied.

General Comments

If you are serious about operating a successful business out of your home, then be sure to set it up for success. It must look and feel like an office. Don’t squeeze your desk into some cluttered corner on top of a shaky craft table. You get the picture?

Even small offices can be complicated to correctly configure for good Feng Shui. It is well worth the money to have a Feng Shui consultation. And by the way, the house’s overall Feng Shui is a definite factor relating to business success so do not overlook doing a complete home consultation.

My book: “Feng Shui Keys – Selecting the Perfect Home and Office”

Are you planning to purchase land, a business or a home in 2012? Be sure to buy a copy and read “Feng Shui Keys” before you begin your search. Be sure to take it with you when you go looking. It will save you from making serious mistakes and from buying a ‘Feng Shui nightmare’. Being forearmed with the information in my book is especially important today with so many foreclosures and short sales on the market. What appears to be a bargain may prove not to be in the long run.

To order “Feng Shui Keys” or for more information about the book and the author go to: www.FengShuiKeys.com.

Classes and workshop schedules for 2012 are still being determined. If you have an interest in the classes send me an email so I can place you on my mailing list. Thanks.

New this Year!

I have just completed the creation of a One Year Feng Shui Certification Program. It consists of only three week end seminars, each three days long. The training is followed by a practicum that is self paced. The program is certified by The International College of Classical Chinese Medicine (ICCCM) in Phoenix. Class schedule is April 20, 21, 22; July 20, 21, 22; and Oct 19, 20, 21. Further details and cost can be obtained by contacting me at 480-345-1678.

Hawaiian Ho’o Pono Pono

Our first Ho’o Pono Pono class of the year is being held in Phoenix this week end Feb 18th. The class is full even though I didn’t get the opportunity to announce it on my website or mailing list. Additional classes will be scheduled.

The Ho’o Pono Pono process is needed more than ever this 2012.

The Process of Setting Things Right is a most wonderful and powerful process for healing past or present relationships between people and even works with your own subconscious!

I have continually taught the Ho’o Pono Pono since the early eighties and I use it almost daily in my Feng Shui profession and personal life. I can say that it has always produced a result and I am constantly amazed and thankful for learning it and being able to share it with others.

For those wishing to learn the Ho’o Pono Pono, I am willing to travel to teach it. If you would like to host a Ho’o Pono Pono workshop in your area, call me.

I teach the system in a one day session at an affordable fee. It is my hope and desire that everyone has the opportunity to learn and utilize the Ho’o Pono Pono.

Basic Feng Shui Intensive Workshops:

The workshops are two-day Feng Shui intensive workshops. The first day is classroom instruction. The second day is ‘hands on’ practical experience working on two homes plus additional training. No prior Feng Shui knowledge is required. I have taught this workshop for many years now and it has received wide acclaim for its in-depth content and ease of understanding. Write to fengshuilou@aol.com for information.

Dowsing Classes

The Art of Dowsing: Anyone can easily learn to dowse. Everyone should learn this valuable tool. It has so many life saving uses. Dowsing can discover hidden issues with health, measure food energy, gain allergy insight, locate and remedy harmful Geopathics, find lost objects and locate water – just to name a few! Please call 480.345.1678, e-mail fengshuilou@aol.com for questions, and workshop information. All workshop and location dates are subject to change. Dates & locations will be announced as they form.

Feng Shui Appointments

We are being swamped with harmful Electro-Magnetic Fields (EMF). These detrimental energies are coming from all kinds of broadcasting towers such as radio, TV, cell towers, wireless devices, cell phones and other sources.

Data continues to pour in about damage to brain cell DNA and interrupted cellular communication. There is evidence also of tumors and other immune system problems.

Dangerous earth energies called Geopathics are also in evidence now in many homes. They are similar in source to EMFs except the Geopathics emanate from within the earth’s energetic grid system.

In many parts of Europe and especially Germany, “it is considered mal-practice to not recommend to a patient to have a dowser check for Geopathics in the home of a person with a long term illness” (The late Dr. Hans Nieper – world famous German research oncologist).

Dowsing is normally included with every Feng Shui evaluation. However, if Geopathic Dowsing services are needed separately, please call or email the office for a quote.

 1-800-FENGSHUI 911!!!
In my 25 years of practice, I have found that clients make changes to their homes and forget to evaluate the Feng Shui consequences. Even small changes can have an unexpected consequence. Have a question about a change you made to your house, a piece of furniture, painting or a color scheme you are not sure about? Has someone’s life, finances or health taken a sudden or drastic turn? Call for a phone consultation.

For any service not mentioned, questions, or any inquires, feel free to call my office. It would be my pleasure to speak with you.

My best Feng Shui Luck to you.
